Officials & Volunteers

Trained officials are a critical component of any motorsport event, as they play a vital role in ensuring the safety and fairness of the competition. These officials are responsible for a wide range of tasks, from overseeing the racecourse and monitoring driver behaviour to enforcing the rules and regulations of the sport.

To be effective in their roles, trained officials must possess a deep understanding of the sport and its rules, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. They must be able to work effectively under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions in real-time.

At Bharat Motorsports, we take the training and development of our officials very seriously. We provide extensive training to all of our officials, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Our officials are trained to recognize and respond to a wide range of potential safety hazards. They are also trained to enforce the rules and regulations of the sport in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring that all competitors have an equal opportunity to succeed.

They are trained to be responsive to the needs of participants and teams, and to provide clear and effective communication throughout the event.

Our trainings are based on FIA, FIM and FMSCI requirements for various disciplines and we have documented training programs and use audio visual aids to deliver training besides live exposure to events. We have detailed learnings from actual motorsport incidents  and scenarios which reinforce our teams to deliver effectively in real world incident situations. Our training programs are designed to provide our officials with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel in their roles. We offer a variety of training opportunities, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and professional development programs. Classroom instruction typically covers a range of topics, including the rules and regulations of the sport, safety protocols, and communication skills. We use a combination of lectures, case studies, and interactive exercises to help our officials build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills.

Overall, our commitment to training and developing our officials is a key component of our efforts to promote and advance the sport in our country. We believe that well-trained and knowledgeable officials are essential to creating a safe, fair, and exciting motorsports culture that is accessible to all.
